Las Vegas, Nevada
Jacob, as normal, was out in Las Vegas gambling it out at a blackjack table at the Venetian Hotel and Casino. He had brought about 60k (sixty thousand) with him to order drinks, stay in a hotel, and obviously gamble the hell up. A waitress carrying a large platter, with several drinks on them, glided to the table he was sitting at. "Would you like something to drink?" She asked to the whole table. About three or four people raised their hand, including Jacob. In Las Vegas, the secret about casinos was always play a table game, if you knew what you were doing or not. If you sat a table more waitresses came and offered you drinks. Free of charge! Considering Jacob, who loved to drink, was always at a blackjack table, which is his class of expertise.
Another hand was dealt as the female passed everyone who raised their hand, a martini. Jacob wasn't a very big fan of martini's, but hey if it gave him a slight buzz the drink was well worth it. He hadn't noticed everyone at their table was waiting on him to do whatever he chose to do. Tonight he wasn't really counting but just thought he should have a little fun, waist a little money. He had a six of diamonds and three of hearts. He decided he was going to hit. He gently tapped the table next to his cards and the dealer dealt him another card. A nine of spades. Feeling extremely lucky he tapped the table again. The dealer flashed another card and placed next to his. A four of diamonds. "Damn!" He said out of frustration.
He stood up from the table and stretched. His muscle was a little tight from sitting to long. So he decided to leave the table. A guy was about to light a cigarette anyway. He collected his remaining chips and headed to the cash out. The clerk behind the window was a very tough looking male. His hair was slicked back and his arms were very large. With a smile displayed on his face he slid his chip bag under the window. The clerk yanked the bag and turned towards a funny looking machine. He dumped the coins into the machine and almost immediately it kicked on. Within seconds the clerk turned to him. "License please." The big man grumbled. With a slight yank of his wallet he showed the man his ID. The man nodded and handed him a small bundle of money. "Have a nice day."
"Yea you to." He took the cash and scanned it over. Three thousand! He said out loud. He only had enough to play one more table, get a deluxe suite, and head home. "Oh n-" He began when he ran into something.
