Dream sat with her back leaning against a safe part of the climbing wall. It had already been a week since her break up with Michael and if anything Dream felt worse. She was still sad but her sadness was being replaced by anger. She wanted to hurt Michael make him feel as much pain over the break up as she was feeling.
Dream looked up at the sound of footsteps and saw one of her brothers approaching.

James had been interested in sitting down and perhaps reading a book that day. However, finishing it would mean that he wouldn't have anything to lose himself in for a week or so, and that was a bad thing. He was very confused about the day. It was snowy, and it was difficult to do anything in the snow. In the end, he pulled on a large parka and started what James liked to call a stroll. He smiled at everyone he saw, but he didn't understand why they laughed. He supposed they were just having a terribly large amount of fun in the abundant layers of snow.
He paused, looking at the climbing wall, and saw his sister. By the climbing wall. Alarmed, James started to call to her. "Dream, you aren't climbing that, are you?" he asked, with a hint of concern in his voice. What if she fell?

Dream gave James a small smile. "I was just sitting here but I might climb it." She loved to torture her overprotective brother. She wondered if he knew about her breakup with Michael. Probably not, he was pretty secluded from everyone else. Everyone thought he was dorky, but that was one of the main reasons Dream loved him.
"Do you want to climb it with me?" Dream thought it would give her something to do, to help her get her thoughts off Michael. Everything she did seemed to lead her thoughts to there.

humming to himself, andrew made his way to the climbing wall, ready for some extreme heat and possibly loss of hair. It was so cold out, he found it might be the only way to warm up. Hands tucked into pockets, he zigzagged across the snow and halted when he felt the familiar warmth of the climbing wall. He looked up and saw his brother and sister already there.
"hey, dream!" he called, rushing over to her. He noticed the sorrowful look on her face. "What - did you lose a chess game to an ares kid?" Because that would be quite an awful tragedy.

"Do ares kids even play chess?" Dream asked Andrew as he approached. "No,I um" Dream found herself stuttering and looked for new words. "My boyfriend Michael broke up with me." Dream looked at the ground sadly. She wondered if Andrew knew the story. She hated explaining it but they were her brothers and deserved to know.

andrew frowned as his sister explained the reason she looked so sad. He bit his lip uncomfortably. He never really was good with emotional stuff. But he loved his sister, so he had to do something.
"aw, dream," he said. "If he broke up with you, obviously you were too good for him. You were just too perfect so he went to find some shallow, moronic girl to date so he'd have a relationship where he'd have an equal." He grinned. "You know and I know you're better off without him."

Dream couldnt help but laugh. She knew Andrew wasnt good with emotional stuff. He jusst loved to joke around. She took a deep breath. "You two are good at cheering me up" She said giving them a group hug. Even if James hadnt said anything, it felt good knowing he was there.

James watched his other brother approach. Knowing he wasn't an expert when it came to emotions, and just words in general, e tried to sit still. He realized why Dream wasn't being her normal self. However, he stayed rocking awkwardly from side to side, still too calculating for words. "I never knew you were going out with anyone," was all he could spit out, but he went red as he realized it wasn't the right thing to say.

Dream frowned in confusion. She thought her brothers had already known. "well, um, I was" Dream said awkwardly. Dream wondered if she needed to start telling her brothers stuff and not just thinking that they already knew. "Im sorry for not telling you" Dream said, "I just thought you already knew."
