It was weird for Eli to be living in such a nice place. There were probably others in the camp that considered the extravagant cabins as some cheap small room, but to him, this was more than he ever wanted in a living place. Eli had lived with his father for a long while. They never had their own place and constantly rented a room from some good for nothing's house. Their family was so poor that Eli had to go into his own special job that his father forced him in. Yeah, he was really happy to be gone. Now that he was here, no one judged him on who he was back in the outside world. Here he was known as the hot, sexy son of Aphrodite. Not son of some druggie human who couldn't keep a job to save his or his son's life.
Elijah explored the cabin and finally came to the kitchen. Boy was he hungry. It was late at night, he checked the clock and saw that it was ten o'clock. He didn't care though, he wanted food and he would get it. For some reason, Eli was craving some sort of breakfast. Pancakes? Nah. French toast? Maybe. Eli searched the refrigerator and laid eyes on the eggs. Mm, omelets? Yes. He pulled out the eggs, cheese, and ham. He then got a pan on the stove and waited for it to heat up.

I ONLY SAY IT 'CAUSE I CARE SO PLEASE CAN YOU STOP PULLING MY HAIR Delilah couldn't fall asleep at all tonight. She had been tossing and turning in her bed trying to go to sleep. Part of the reason why she couldn't fall asleep was because of all the coffee she had drank before she went to bed. Thinking back on it, the brunette didn't even know why she decided to drink so much coffee. I do so many stupid things sometimes. What's worse is that I don't remember why I did it in the first place. Delilah thought, frowning. The brunette had a horrible memory. She couldn't even remember half of things she did yesterday. The only things she could remember for a long period of time was something that would change her life forever or something really important. Sometimes she couldn't even remember what she wanted to do for a couple of seconds. It was really disturbing to the brunette. Delilah hated that she couldn't remember things, but there were times where she was glad about her horrible memory, but those times were rare.
Soon she decided that she wasn't going to fall asleep anything time soon. Delilah sat up and let her eyes adjust to the dark. When her eyes were adjusted, she finally realized how hungry she actually was. Coffee doesn't exactly make one full. Getting out of her bed, the brunette started to make her way to the kitchen. Like always, Delilah stumbled over a few thing on the floor, but she made it to the kitchen without having any scratches, bruises, or cuts. It was rare for her not to get hurt while walking in the dark unless she had some kind of light source. Taking a few seconds to look around the kitchen, she noticed Elijah was in there too. Delilah held in the urge to roll her eyes at him. She decided to ignore him and went to the refrigerator and looked for some food.

Eli sensed a presence in the room right away. He turned around to see Delilah stumbling into the room. He had forgotten that the lights were off and had been cooking in the dark. The daughter of Aphrodite bluntly ignored him and went straight to the fridge. Elijah and Delilah had a special relationship. They really did act like siblings even if they were only related by the goddess of love. The two were always at each others throat, insulting and occasionally pushing. Despite this, Eli liked to believe that if he were in any real trouble she would help him out. Well, at least he hoped.
"Well, hello to you Deli. Came to shove your face with food again?"
Eli had always called Delilah Deli. Yes, deli like the place you go to in order to get fresh meat. He didn't really know if she liked it or not, but he figured it got on her nerves and was the main reason he called her that. Eli started cracking his eggs into a bowl and continued to whisk them. "I'm making omelets...want some?" Though they fought like crazy, they did have some nice moments...emphasis on some. tag: delilah valentina montgomerynote: :3[/blockquote][/blockquote]

I ONLY SAY IT 'CAUSE I CARE SO PLEASE CAN YOU STOP PULLING MY HAIR When Elijah spoke, Delilah really want to throw the ham she had found at him, but she didn't. She had some level self control. Instead she acted like the nickname didn't get to her. "Deli?" she said incredulously when she turned around to face him. She bet Eli knew that she was just acting like it didn't annoy her. "That's seriously the best you can do? Oh and to answer you question, I am not here to shove my face with food." Delilah said, narrowing her eyes at him. Then she turned her back on him again and started to rummage through the refrigerator.
Delilah continued to look through the refrigerator until Eli mentioned omelets. Closing the refrigerator, the brunette gave a quick hug to Eli. "Yes please! I'll love you forever if you don't poison it." She said with a smile. Obviously he wasn't going to poison it...or at least she hoped so. Delilah also wasn't going to love in forever, at least not on the outside. No matter how much they yelled and insulted each other, she would help Eli if he was in trouble, but that would depend on the situation.

Eli had his fake smile, that he had perfected, plastered on his face, but he could not help but narrow his eyes at Delilah. He knew that the nickname annoyed her, but she just did not want to admit it, which in turn annoyed him. Eli scoffed. "You know I can do better. I just decided I would keep things mild since it's so late at night. Wouldn't want you having a hard time sleeping."
He just continued working on his omelet.
At that time, Deli had hugged him. Eli couldn't help but smirk. "Yes please! I'll love you forever if you don't poison it." Of course she would be the biggest suck up when she wanted anything. Eli rolled his eyes and started making Delilah's omelet. "Me? Poison your food? Why would you think I would do such a horrible thing?" Eli acted hurt but just ended up laughing. tag: delilah valentina montgomerynote: Sorry for the late reply! I ONLY SAY IT 'CAUSE I CARE SO PLEASE CAN YOU STOP PULLING MY HAIR "I'm already having a hard time sleeping." Delilah told him. Right now, the brunette wanted to stab him with a fork, but she didn't because she had some self control. She also didn't want to get in trouble. All she wanted was to go to sleep, but she knew that wasn't going to happen for a long long time. I'll just sleep in the morning. Delilah told herself. It seemed like the only option she had so far.
When Elijah started to laugh, the brunette really wanted to stab him with a fork. "Why wouldn't you want to poison it?" Delilah asked him. She wasn't in the mood to argue anymore. Whenever she was tired, she could never think up a good comeback. It was also dark out, and the brunette always started shouting at some point of the conversation, and Delilah really didn't want any more company right now.

Elijah rolled his eyes. Ugh. His half sister really did get on his nerves. Everything she said got under his skin and made him want to throw the nearest heaviest object at her. Luckily, the two had yet to resort to physical violence. They just tore each other to shreds with their words. "Oh, well in that case I'm happy to help."
Eli gave her a fake smile and returned to the omelet he was making for Delilah.
The omelet was just about done so he placed it on a plate. He put the final touches on it making it look pretty. Dang, he should have become a chef. He smiled proudly at himself then dropped the plate in front of his sister with a loud clang. "There. And it's not poisoned. Don't eat it if you're so worried." He rolled his eyes again and sat down next to her to eat his own meal, already getting cold. tag: delilah valentina montgomerynote: it's okay![/blockquote][/blockquote]
